Tae Kwondo: My son’s Tae Kwondo master, Master Greg Monrad, hails from Washington state and now teaches on location in several spots in Anchorage. He offers classes for the littlest white belts, encourages families to learn together, and trains teens who are serious about earning their black belts. Totally a family man, you’ll see him and his family twice a week on base, ready to teach and assist you on your journey to becoming a great Tae Kwondo student!
